Who I am

What I collect

When you send an enquiry I receive the details you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. That is all this site collects. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels.

Why I collect it

To reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the project. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Where it lives and how long

Enquiries arrive in my business mailbox. If you become a client, your details stay for the life of the working relationship plus the period UK law requires for business records. If you do not, your enquiry is deleted within twelve months.

Who I share it with

Nobody, except the services that physically deliver email and hosting, and only as needed to do that.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email charlie@cmxwd.com and it will be done within one calendar month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
